Aeroquip 5400 Series/ Low Air Inclusion Refrigerant
EATON HANSEN DB Series
Our DB Series is designed for fluid handling where minimum spillage and
minimum air inclusion are required. Made of 316L stainless steel, they are
suitable for use mainly in chemical but also cooling applications. Body sizes go
from 1/4" to 1”. This series is designed for applications using working pressures
up to 190 bar / 2,800 psi and is available in a wide range of seal materials such
as FKM, EPDM, FFKM.
EATON HANSEN HK Series – STAINLESS STEEL & BRASS
Our HK Series is designed for general purpose transfer service mainly in
chemical but also cooling applications. It is available in sizes from 1/8” to 2”1/2,
in brass, AISI 303 & AISI 316 stainless steels. It meets ISO 7241-1 Series B standard requirements and is available in a wide range of seal materials such
as PTFE, FKM, EPDM, CR and FFKM. Working pressures are up to 345 bar /
5,000 psi. Many options such as the safety sleeve lock, one-way shut-off or
straight-thru design, release clamp with chain, etc. are available
EATON HANSEN L7000 Series – STAINLESS STEEL & BRASS NICKEL-PLATED
Our L7000 Series is a rugged-construction range of full-flow couplings. Available
in stainless steel and nickel-plated brass, it is suitable for many varieties of fluids.
Working pressures are up to 300 bar / 4,350 psi, depending on size and
materials. It is a pull-to-connect coupling (connection is complete after pulling
back the release sleeve).
The L-7000 series is available with female end connections and BSPP threads,
from 1/8" to 2”.
Eaton Hansen J50000 Series
Our J50000 series is ideal for applications causing vibrations and oscillations,
such as the injection molding industry. Its flat face design minimizes spillage
during disconnections and limits inclusion of air into the circuit during
connections. It’s double-sealed when connected. Working pressures are up to
50 bar / 725 psi and flow capacity is excellent. Connection is complete after
pulling back the release sleeve. Our J-50000 series is available in 6 & 9 mm
with 1/4"and 3/8" BSPP female or male-end connections.
Eaton Hansen J60000 Series
Our J60000 series is designed for applications requiring cooling or heat
regulation, particularly in the injection molding industry. It is compatible with
other makes of couplings of the same design. Available with single or double
shut-off, the design and rugged materials used make it a long-lasting and
reliable coupling. Working pressures are up to 16 bar / 232 psi and flow
capacity is excellent. Connection is complete after pulling back the release
sleeve. Available in 6 & 9 mm sizes with female, male or hose-tail end
connections.
Eaton Hansen J70000 Series
Our J70000 series is designed for applications requiring cooling or heat
regulation in the injection molding industry. It is compatible with other makes
of couplings of the same design. This full-flow series is a rugged and durable
coupling. Working pressures are up to 10 bar / 145 psi. The socket design
allows the coupling to fit perfectly into the molds. Different circuits are easily
identified by means of colored rings. Connection is complete after pulling
back the release sleeve. Our J-70000 series is available in 8 & 12 mm with
female, male or hose-tail end connections.
Eaton Hansen ST Series – STAINLESS STEEL & BRASS
Our straight-through coupling series is designed for use where minimum
pressure drop is required and valving is not needed. The manually operated
design is ideal for use on many fluid transfer systems. Featuring a ball lock
design, the smooth bore permits free flow of gas or liquid. Both male and
female NPTF, BSPP and hose stem connections are available. Additional
options include sleeve lock, five seal options, dust caps and dust plugs.
