Pioneer agricultural quick coupler - clamp kits with automatic dust cover includes two premium, connect under pressure, 9250 lever actuated couplers. Kits are available partially assembled or fully assembled, ready for installation.

Agricultural Tractor Clamp Kits with Pioneer Lever Actuated Quick Couplers and Dust Cover Housing - 9500 Series Clamp Kits

Pioneer 9500 Series agricultural clamp kits include two 9250 premium connect under pressure couplers, clamp and dust protection. Kits are available partially assembled or preassembled and ready for use.

Parker's 9200 Series are double shut-off, lever activated, connect under pressure quick couplings that connect with 8010 Series Nipples (IS0 5675, Pioneer universal male tips). The coupler allows zero pressure connection and disconnection while either or both the coupler or nipple are under pressure. A lever operated cam locks both coupler and nipple valves in the open or closed position. "Closed" the flow is shut off at the coupler, allowing easy connect and disconnect. Valves in the "Open" position are locked in place, preventing flow checking and are unaffected by hydraulic surges. Valves will automatically close if the coupling is accidentally disconnected or in the case of a breakaway.
Couplers and dust covers are color coded to easily identify raise and lower lines.

Pioneer 9500 Series Clamp Kit contents:

- (1) 9250 lever actuated coupler - left hand orientation, yellow grip
- (1) 9006-4 clamp assembly
- (1) 9507-4-1H automatic dust cover assembly

- Clamp has steel mounting bar with heavy duty die cast yoke to securely hold the couplers
- Dust protection housing has color coded covers that automatically close when couplers are disconnected, to keep dirt from easily entering the coupler socket

- Lever locks valves in open position to be unaffected by pressure surges and prevent flow checking

- Coupling will disconnect and valves will automatically close in the case of a breakaway
- Globally connects with Pioneer universal male tips (nipples) complying to ISO 5675 (not included in Kit)
