1. 液壓快換接頭的內部壓力為10000 psi，需在 3000米的深海將其連接，在平臺上部模塊壓力為0 psi時將其斷開，應選用什么類型的密封件？哪種產品可以滿足這樣的要求？
在3000米的深海之中，工作接頭的內部壓力將高于外部壓力(3000米=4388 psi)5000psi，閥體密封在連接時會受到高速流體的沖擊。因此，它們需由諸如PEEK之類堅固的熱塑材料制成，同時牢固地依附在閥體上。

低插拔力快換產品可將插拔力降低55％。比如， 1/2”規格的傳統 DSC快換接頭，其插拔力為695 lb/1000psi。而同樣為?”規格的低插拔力DSL快換接頭，其插拔力僅為307lb/1000psi。DSL替換DSC系列后，Cv值將從2提高到3，這是新型快換產品帶來的優勢。
3. 某個應用選用了316不銹鋼材質的快換接頭。那么，在深海應用中，是否能選擇標準快換產品樣本中的316不銹鋼非溢出型快換接頭？
如果條件合適，非深海應用的快換接頭產品可用于深海應用。通常，需要考慮的主要問題是外部壓力不能高于內部工作壓力500psi，因為密封件正常工作的前提條件為內部壓力高于外部壓力。
