Parker派克3C系列碳氟密封鋼制止回閥; S6C 和 3C 系列止回閥(最高 6,000 psi)是軟座、零泄漏提升式止回閥,采用兩件式結(jié)構(gòu)。兩件式結(jié)構(gòu)允許多種端部配件組合。這些止回閥具有各種標(biāo)準(zhǔn)開(kāi)啟壓力和高達(dá) 175 gpm 的流速。S6C 和 3C 系列閥門有多種尺寸和鋼或不銹鋼材料可供選擇,流量高達(dá) 175 gpm。

基本的止回閥結(jié)構(gòu)包括一個(gè)帶有入口和出口的閥體。在內(nèi)部,一個(gè)可移動(dòng)的提升閥由彈簧壓力控制。在大多數(shù)情況下,閥門通常是關(guān)閉的,當(dāng)流體壓力大于彈簧力(開(kāi)啟壓力)時(shí)打開(kāi),從而允許流體僅沿一個(gè)方向流動(dòng)。當(dāng)逆流試圖通過(guò)出口進(jìn)入時(shí),提升閥關(guān)閉并停止流過(guò)閥門。
軟座止回閥在提升閥和閥體之間有一個(gè) O 形圈或類似的彈性密封件,以提高抗泄漏性。軟閥座設(shè)計(jì)與“清潔”系統(tǒng)最兼容,不適用于具有高浪涌流量的系統(tǒng)。密封材料決定了閥門的溫度范圍。
