CPC DrumQuik Pro & DrumQuik PUR桶/分裝連接器

早在2015年初，連接解決方案CPC就在中國市場推出了特別為油桶和中型散裝容器設計的DrumQuik PRO 封閉（密封）油箱分配系統。據CPC中國銷售和市場發展經理曹明介紹，封閉分裝系統旨在將運輸、分裝和處置化學品的過程中，把暴露于空氣和污染的程度較小化。這類系統通常由1個汲取管和塞子組成的組件和可重復使用的連接器/分裝頭相連而成。汲取管系統預先安裝在桶裝、罐裝或中型散裝容器中；可密封，并和容器一起被運往用戶點。一旦到達目的地，用戶可直接將汲取管裝置與連接器/分配頭連接，準備分裝。如果想要達到完全封閉式系統，連接器必須配置1個帶氣門的排氣系統。排氣系統能控制氣體，進而允許補充空氣或氮氣保護層進入大桶，填充已被轉移出的液體空間；而CPC的分配頭在斷開連接時立即自動截流，防止回流。
