Parker Autoclave's 3B Series Ball Valves are manual 3 way valves. These ball valves operate up to 20,000 psi (1,379 bar) with a variety of end connections. These valves feature a trunnion mounted stem with ball orifices from 3/16" to 1/2".

Parker Autoclave's 3B Series ball valves have been designed to provide superior quality for maximum performance within a variety of valve styles, sizes, and process connections. These 3 way ball valves feature an integral one-piece trunnion mounted ball and stem that eliminates the shear failure common to two-piece designs. The seat glands are re-torqueable for longer seat life, and the low friction pressure-assisted graphite filled PTFE stem seal reduces actuation torque and increases cycle life. The valves have a full port flow path that minimizes pressure drop, and are fitted with PEEK seats to ensure excellent chemical, heat and wear resistance.

As standard, these 3 way high pressure ball valves are manufactured from cold worked 316 stainless steel and are capable of operating at up to 20,000 PSI (1,379 bar). The wetted parts are also available in other materials. The valves are fitted with Viton O-rings, rated for operation over a temperature range of -17.8 to 204?C (0 to 400?F). Other O-ring materials are optionally available to extend the upper limit to 260?C (500?F).
