質量及標準
鉸接接頭根據BS EN ISO 9001 標準生產，目前正在申請ADR 等國際標準的測試和認證，以方便用戶為各種不同的汽車應用（包括危險環境和侵蝕性環境）選擇合適的Harnessflex 產品。所有零部件都符合報廢車輛 (ELV) 指令EU2000/53/EC。Harnessflex 還符合ISO14001 環境標準。
能力
Harnessflex 與許多藍籌股公司緊密合作，共同研發電氣接頭（發動機線束的一個關鍵領域）的防護。我們經驗豐富的內部設計團隊可以使用3D CAD 建模軟件設計各種概念產品供客戶評價。一旦客戶選定設計方案，我們便可快速做出接口的原型產品，方便組裝預生產線束。這些零件原型產品材料特性與注塑部件所使用的尼龍6.6（參見第46 頁的材料規格）特性非常相近，因此可用于產品驗證。Harnessflex 擁有豐富的連接器接口設計經驗，能根據客戶的需求設計定制產品，將任意電氣接頭集成至線束設計中。

- 接口可以用在電氣連接器易受高壓沖刷的場合。
- 接口的壓接連接位置應力小。
- 將90o 旋轉肘型接頭與接口一同使用時，能實現線束的自平衡。
- 將CI-MF-90 產品和標準的90o 旋轉接頭一起使用，可實現180o 旋轉彎曲。

Vehicle electrical system faults are often traced to problems at the cable entry points of electrical connectors. Harnessflex connector interfaces are designed to protect against the high pressure wash-down, excessive cable strain and mechanical abrasion identified as the principal causes. Variety, flexibility and assembly speed are inherent in all Harnessflex fittings.
Quality and Standards
Manufacturing is controlled in accordance with BS EN ISO 9001 whilst ongoing testing and approval to international standards; e.g. UL recognition, TUV and LCIE, provides any additional confidence required to specify appropriate Harnessflex products across the widest variety of automotive applications including hazardous or aggressive environments.
