美國泰悉爾（中國）集團一年一度的核心分銷商會議于2011年3月16日-3月18日在位于嘉定南翔的總部召開。
本次分銷商會議除了邀請到40多名國內分銷商之外，在亞太總部的支持下，還邀請到20多位亞太地區分銷商共同參與，旨在構建一個充分溝通及廣泛交流的平臺。
泰悉爾大中國區總裁丁立先生為大家介紹了泰悉爾中國的發展現狀，國際部總裁喬治.金肯斯先生就泰悉爾全球發展情況做了簡單的說明。 會議期間，除了針對新研發的干式真空泵、羅茨風機及齒輪泵做了專題演講和培訓之外，公司還發布了一系列針對分銷商的評估政策，希望通過更專業的管理及激勵政策，使分銷商建立起對泰悉爾更強的信心。另外，公司還為2010年有著良好業績表現的國內分銷商進行了榮譽表彰，希望在雙方的共同努力下，能夠在2011年創造更好的銷售額。
公司特地在整個會議期間安排了VOC環節（voice of customer 傾聽客戶的聲音），通過面對面溝通的形式，了解各位分銷商的需求，以便在日后的工作中逐步改進和完善包括交貨期、售后服務、市場推廣、產品質量、內部管理等各個方面的問題。
